On April 11, 2025, at approximately 1:05 pm a member of the Kingston Police Patrol Division was conducting an extra-duty in the area of Front Road and Lakeview Avenue. The extra-duty was to provide additionally road safety for a crew conducting work on sewer lines in that area. The officer
