Detectives continue to investigate this incident, and as a result identified 36-year-old Kyle CORMIER of no fixed abode as the second involved suspect. On Thursday, February 26, 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) uniform officers located and arrested CORMIER for theft under $5000. UPDATE
