In September 2024, the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) began an investigation into suspected irregularities in the driver examination process for G class licences in Ontario. The accused have been released from custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
