Male Arrested for Breach of Release Conditions Following Incident at Local Business

(ORILLIA, ON) - Members of the Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested a male who was found in breach of a court-imposed release condition.
On October 17, 2025, police responded to a report of an unwanted male at a local business. Upon arrival, officers located a male who was extremely intoxicated and causing a disturbance. The individual was found to be in violation of a release order.
As a result of the investigation, Adam Foote, 34 years old of No Fixed Address, was charged with:
- Adult Failure to Comply with Release Order - other than to attend court
The accused was held for a bail hearing on October 18, 2025.
