DRIVER CHARGED WITH IMPAIRED AFTER COLLISION ON HIGHWAY 118 NEAR HIGHWAY 11
(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) - The Bracebridge Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged another driver with impaired after a collision in Bracebridge.
On January 19, 2026 at 9:00 pm Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a report from a member of the public about a single vehicle collision into a snowbank on Highway 118 at an on-ramp to Highway 11 North in Bracebridge. Officers arrived and subsequently arrested and charged 21-year-old Kalob TEMPLE of Orilia, ON with Impaired Operation, Over 80 and Novice Driver - B.A.C. above zero.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on March 3, 2026 to answer to his charges.
