Arrest Made in Sex Assault Investigation

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has arrested a New Tecumseth man, and laid multiple charges following an investigation into incidents of sexual assault against a teenaged male.
On March 5, 2026, the HRPS commenced an investigation into incidents of sexual assault involving a male victim, allegedly occurring in Oakville during the month of November 2025.
As a result of the investigation, Darrell Baudoux (65), of New Tecumseth, was arrested and charged with the following:
- Sexual Assault (3 Counts)
- Sexual Interference (3 Counts)
- Fail to Comply with Undertaking
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton.
Of note Baudoux was on a prior form of release for similar offences at the time of his arrest.
