(LAC SEUL FIRST NATION, ON) - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a suspicious death in Lac Seul First Nation.
On Thursday, July 31, 2025, at approximately 12:05 am, officers were called to the area of Mahkwa Road where one person was located deceased. The death has been deemed suspicious.
Residents of the Lac Seul First Nation community of Frenchman’s Head will continue to see an increased police presence as the investigation continues. Further information will be released as it becomes available.
