22-year-old Hamilton Man Arrested on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material Charges

The suspect is known to operate across several jurisdictions, including Niagara, Hamilton, and Waterloo. On Thursday, May 14, 2026, the suspect was arrested in Hamilton.
22-year-old Tywante Adrian Jakwon DAVIDSON-BAPTISTE of Hamilton is charged with the following criminal offences:
- Making Sexually Explicit Material Available to a Child
- Making Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Making Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material Available
- Fail to Comply with Release Order
DAVIDSON-BAPTISTE is scheduled to attend a bail hearing on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street in St Catharines.
