Detectives Request Public Assistance in Multiple Break and Enter Investigations

On Sunday, November 16, 2025, at approximately 9:30 pm, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 3 District (Welland/Pelham) uniform officers were called to a residence in the area of Balsam Street in the City of Welland for reports of a break and enter.
The investigation revealed that on Saturday, November 15, at 8:25 pm, two suspects forcefully entered the residence through a rear patio door and subsequently conducted a search for valuables. Two similar break and enters occurred in the area of Brookhaven Court in Welland, and Concord Street in Pelham.
Detectives with the 3 District Street Crime Unit (SCU) have taken carriage of the investigation. Detectives believe that these incidents were conducted by the same suspects and are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the culprits. Residents and businesses in the area of Balsam Street, Concord Street, or Brookhaven Court are asked to review video surveillance footage on November 15 between 7:00pm – 9:00 pm and contact police if the suspects are observed.
