Detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Services (NRPS) Sexual Assault Unit (SAU) have made two arrests in a sexual assault investigation. The investigation focused on several incidents that occurred over the period from 2022 through 2025 in relation to three separate victims.

On January 7, 2026, detectives arrested 39-year-old James McMANAMON of Port Colborne and 29-year-old Jennifer HARRIGAN of Niagara Falls.

HARRIGAN is charged with Invite/Counsel Sexual Exploitation of a Young Person.

Both McMANAMON and HARRIGAN remain in custody and are scheduled to attend bail hearings January 8, 2026.
