GRONDIN is described as follows.
- Male
- White
- 40-years-old
- Brown Hair
- Brown Beard and Moustache
- Medium Build
- Wearing jeans and a baseball hat at the time of the offence
GRONDIN is known to drive a Black Hyundai Accent with Ontario licence plates DEWW 713 and frequents the Welland and Port Colborne areas.

On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 3 District (Welland/Pelham) uniform officers responded to a sexual assault call for service.
The investigation revealed that on February 25 between the hours of 1:00 AM-6:30 AM, two teenage victims were sexually assaulted by an unknown male. The sex assault took place in an area bordered by Thorold Road West, Clare Avenue, Fitch Street, and South Pelham Road.
The investigation has revealed that the suspect originally offered a ride to the victims from a business in the area of Thorold Road West and Rice Road. The suspect is believed to be a 40-year-old male who was operating a smaller dark coloured four-door vehicle.
The Child Abuse Unit (CAU) has taken carriage of the investigation. Detectives are asking for residents in the area of either of the locations to review any video surveillance footage from security cameras, door cameras and dash cameras between the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:30 AM.
