South Dundas Resident Charged for Breaching Release Conditions

(SOUTH DUNDAS, ON) - A 46-year-old from South Dundas Township is facing charges after violating his release conditions.
On Saturday, November 22, 2025, shortly before 2:00 pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified that an individual had breached release conditions in South Dundas Township.
The following day, Collin FITZGERALD, age 46, was arrested and charged with failure to comply with a release order.
The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
