LONDON, ON (February 20, 2026) – Members of the London Police Service Road Safety Section are investigating a collision between a motor vehicle and a pedestrian last night in the north end of the city.
Police located a child with serious injuries.
The child was transported to hospital by paramedic services. Once at the hospital, the child’s injuries were considered serious and life-threatening.
The involved vehicle remained at the scene.
Investigators are appealing to members of the public that may have been in the area of Adelaide Street North and Sunningdale Road between 5:10 pm and 5:40 pm on Thursday, February 19, 2026, that may have information, dash-cam footage, residential or business video surveillance that could assist with the investigation to contact the London Police Service.
The child remains in hospital.
The investigation remains ongoing.
