Windsor man charged

LONDON, ON (October 28, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service Foot Patrol Section arrested a Windsor man in relation to an investigation yesterday evening in the downtown core.

On Monday, October 27, 2025, at approximately 6 pm, police were notified after a male was observed at a performance hall in the 200-block of Dundas Street.

The suspect male was previously released from custody with a number of court-imposed conditions, including the following:

“You must not be within 200 metres of any place where you know specific named individuals, to live, work, go to school, frequent, or any place you know these named people to be.”

The performance hall was showing a documentary featuring the suspect male and the victims of his crimes. London Police officers have grounds to believe that the suspect male knew that the named individuals were present in the hall at the time of his attendance.

The suspect male fled from the performance hall on foot. Officers located and arrested him a short distance away.

As a result of the investigation, Jason Nassr, 45, of Windsor, has been charged with the following offences:

  • Fail to comply with release order
  • Two counts of criminal harassment by repeated following
