Two men facing charges
LONDON, ON (February 6, 2026) – Two men are facing human trafficking-related charges as a result of an investigation by members of the London Police Service (LPS) Human Trafficking Unit.
Between December 30, 2025 – January 15, 2026, as part of an ongoing investigation, multiple digital devices were seized and forensically examined. The analysis revealed communications, advertisements, and activity consistent with the management and promotion of sexual services, and demonstrated control, direction, and financial exploitation of adult victims by the accused.
As a result of the investigation, Mohsen Davoodi, 33, of London, and Mehrab Gorgij, 33, of St. Thomas, have been jointly charged with the following offences:
- One count of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
- One count of trafficking in person
- One count of financial/material benefit from trafficking in person
- Two counts of material benefit from sexual services
- Two counts of advertising another person’s sexual services
Mohsen Davoodi has two additional counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking and remains in custody. He was expected to reappear in London court today. Mehrab Gorgij was released from custody and is expected to reappear in London court on March 13, 2026.
