Two Londoners arrested
LONDON, ON (September 12, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service arrested two people earlier this week after recovering a stolen vehicle in the east end of the city.
On Sunday, September 7, 2025, at approximately 6:30 pm, an officer observed a vehicle parked in the 100-block of Bonaventure Drive. Checks revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen on August 26, and additional officers were sent to the area.
Shortly before additional officers arrived, the suspect vehicle drove out of the lot at a high rate of speed and parked behind a nearby structure. The male driver of the vehicle fled from the car on foot and was arrested by police.
The female passenger was also arrested. During the course of the arrested, she resisted the officers.
As a result of the investigation, two individuals are facing charges.
Zackery Perriam, 28, of London, has been charged with the following offences:
· Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
· Dangerous operation of a conveyance
· Fail to stop for police
· Driving while under suspension · Driving motor vehicle with unsealed container of liquor
Ryely Emms, 23, of London has been charged with the following offences:
· Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 · Resist arrest
Zackery Perriam remains in custody and will appear in London court today, while Ryely Emms has an upcoming court date of October 7, 2025, in relation to the charges.
