Seeking the public’s assistance

LONDON, ON (November 20, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service (LPS) Crime Unit are investigating a robbery that took place last night in the north end of the city.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 8:25 pm, 3 males wearing ski-masks entered a jewelry store in the area of Richmond Street and Fanshawe Park Road East.

Once inside the business, the suspects brandished hammers and damaged display cases before stealing jewelry from the store and fleeing the area on foot.

Members of the LPS Uniformed Division and Canine Unit attended the area.

With the assistance of the LPS Canine Unit, two duffle bags with jewelry and clothing were recovered a short distance away.

The suspects were not located.

No injuries were reported.

The investigation as been reassigned to the LPS Street Crime Unit and photos of the suspects have been included in hopes the public can assist with identifying them.

Suspect one is described as a male, medium build, wearing a grey zip up sweater with a hood, grey mask covering his face, dark coloured gloves, baggy style pants, dark coloured running shoes and carrying a large black duffle bag.

Suspect two is described as a male, thin build, wearing a black jacket with the hood up, black face mask, black pants and running shoes and white gloves.

Suspect three is described as male, medium to heavy build, wearing a white sweater with black sleeves, black face mask, camo pants, black running shoes with white soles and carrying a large green duffle bag.

Investigators are appealing to members of the public who may have been in the area at the time of the robbery, who may have dash-cam, cellphone or business and residential video surveillance that could assist with the investigation to contact the London Police Service.

The investigation remains ongoing, and more information will be provided as appropriate.
