Two arrests made following canine track and warrant execution
(STONE MILLS TOWNSHIP, ON) - Two local residents have been arrested following a warrant execution in Stone Mills Township.
On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, a member of the L&A County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a known wanted person flee from police on County Road Six in Stone Mills Township. Members of the OPP East Region Offender Management and Apprehension Program (OMAP), Emergency Response Team (ERT) members, the Canine Unit and officers from the Lennox and Addington County OPP, worked co-operatively to obtain and execute a warrant and safely take the wanted party and another individual into custody.
Vincent KELLAR, a 40-year-old from Stone Mills Township, was charged with:
- Failure to comply with release order
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on April 2, 2026.
Angela REYNOLDS, a 40-year-old, also from Stone Mills Township, was charged with:
- Obstruct peace officer
This accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on June 23, 2026
