Multiple charges laid and stolen property recovered
(STONE MILLS TOWNSHIP, ON) - One person has been charged following a warrant execution in Stone Mills Township.
On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit, members of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Canine Unit, executed a search warrant on a residence on Bethel Road in Stone Mills Township. Following a search of the residence, police located approximately $1500 in stolen ATV parts, a skull face cover and various break in instruments.
Lucas NEHRLING, a 46-year-old from Stone Mills Township was charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 - two counts
- Possession of break in instruments
- Breach of probation
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on April 8, 2026.
