UPDATE

On November 20, 2025, the Kingston Police executed two early hour search warrants in relation to this investigation.

A 25-year-old female was arrested at a residence located on Brock Street. The female was with Fail to Remain at the Scene of an Accident - Causing Bodily Harm, Obstruct Police and Fail to Comply with Probation. She was transported to Kingston Police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.

A 52-year-old female was arrested at a residence in South Frontenac. The female was charged with Public Mischief in relation to the investigation. She was released on a Promise to Appear with a future court date

UPDATE

Thanks to a member of the community who saw the Kingston Police media release, the suspect vehicle in relation to this incident was recovered on November 10th, 2025.

The vehicle was located abandoned along the side of a country road immediately off Perth Road in the area of Bedford Mills.

This white Toyota Tundra was seized by Kingston Police for expert examination. Further investigation is continuing.

The victim suffered major injuries, internal and otherwise. Although their condition has stabilized, they have endured surgeries and will continue to be hospitalized.

At approximately 9:00 pm on Friday, November 7, 2025, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Johnson Street near Albert Street. On-scene investigation revealed that the suspect vehicle may be a white Toyota Tundra which will have front end damage.

The 19-year-old victim is currently in critical condition at Kingston General Hospital. Members of the Criminal Investigation Division are investigating with support from the Forensic Identification and Traffic Safety units.
