The Kingston Police are seeking public assistance identifying two suspects who were involved in a fraud incident which occurred at the beginning of June at several businesses throughout the city.
The suspects are described as a middle-aged male with short dark hair wearing eyeglasses and a pair of “torn” jeans. The male suspect was accompanied by a female suspect who is also described as middle aged and having long dark black hair.
