(QUINTE WEST, ON) - The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid impaired driving charges following an incident in the city.
On Thursday, March 12, 2026, at approximately 4:00 am, officers responded to reports of a possible impaired driver at a restaurant drive through. The driver was arrested and brought to the detachment for testing.
Joshua CALLADINE, age 52, from Frankford, was charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on April 30, 2026. The vehicle was impounded for seven days, and their licence suspended for 90 days.
