(QUINTE WEST, ON) - The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is continuing to investigate a two-vehicle collision where the occupants of the vehicles suffered serious injuries.
On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, around 1:00 pm, officers, firefighters and paramedics responded to the collision on County Road 40 just south of Highway 2. All occupants were transported to medical facilities for further care.
OPP Technical Collision Investigators and an OPP Collision Reconstructionist are assisting Quinte West OPP with the investigation.
