Greater Sudbury Police Service can confirm that the Found Remains is a skull. The investigation is now being led by the Office of the Chief Coroner, who will be coordinating further examination of the skull.

On Sunday, May 29, 2016 at 6:15 pm, Greater Sudbury Police Service received a report of Found Human Remains in the wooded area near 725 Bruce Avenue, Sudbury.
Greater Sudbury Police Service is currently on the scene and has secured the area. This matter is currently under investigation.
