KENROA OPP INVESTIGATING SUDDEN DEATH
(KENORA, ON) - Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a sudden death.
On Thursday, February 5, 2026, at approximately 7:30 am, officers from the Kenora OPP, along with the Kenora Fire and Rescue Service, responded to a call in the area of Portage Bay.
A 28-year-old male was located deceased. At this time, the incident is not believed to be suspicious. The OPP wishes to advise the public that there is no threat to public safety.
