ENERGIZER LED Flashlight Vision PRO

(KENORA, ON) - Members of the Kenora OPP have made an arrest for impaired operation following a traffic complaint involving an erratic driver.

On May 15, 2026, shortly before 12:00 pm, members of the Kenora Detachment of the OPP received a traffic complaint of a driver who was said to be all over the road. Police quickly located and stopped the motor vehicle. A Standardized Field Sobriety Test was conducted roadside, which subsequently led to the arrest of the driver. The driver was brought back to the Kenora detachment for further testing completed by a drug recognition expert.

Todd PERCIVAL, 52-years-old, from Kenora, Ontario has been charged under the Criminal Code, Controlled drugs and Substances act and Highway Traffic Act with:

  • Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance
  • Fail to surrender insurance card

The accused’s driver licence was suspended for 90 days, and their vehicle was impounded for seven days. The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kenora on June 29, 2026 at 1:30 pm
