(KENORA, ON) - The Kenora Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop for a Highway Traffic Act (HTA) infraction on Hwy 17A on February 8th, 2026, resulting in several charges for the Manitoba driver.
On February 8th at 10:45 A.M a west bound motor vehicle was stopped after officers observed an HTA infraction.
