SINGLE VEHICLE COLLISION ON HIGHWAY 65 LEADS TO DRIVER’S ARREST
(HARRIS TOWNSHIP, ON) - A collision on Highway 65 in Harris Township resulted in a driver’s arrest.
On Tuesday, August 12,2025 at approximately 10:15 pm, the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 65 East in Harris Township.
Following the investigation, the driver, Stephane MAYRAND, 42 years-of-age, of Nedelec, Quebec, was charged with:
- Dangerous operation
- Fail to comply with probation order
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury, on Tuesday September 9, 2025.
