(KAPUSKASING, ON) - The James Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a sudden death in the Town of Kapuskasing.
On Monday, June 1, 2026, at approximately 10:00 pm, the James Bay OPP and Cochrane District Services Board Paramedic Services responded to a person in medical distress at a residence on Bowman Avenue. An individual was transported to hospital, where they were later pronounced deceased.
