MISSISSAUGA OPP INVESTIGATING COLLISION ON HIGHWAY 410

(MISSISSAUGA, ON) - The Mississauga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is investigating a collision on Highway 410 in Mississauga.
On Saturday, May 30, 2026, at approximately 12.05 am, members of the Mississauga Detachment were dispatched to a collision involving two motor vehicles and a pedestrian on the southbound lanes of Highway 410 near Derry Road.
A 48-year-old male from Brampton was pronounced deceased at the scene. No foul play is suspected.
All southbound lanes of Highway 410 between Steeles Avenue and Derry Road were closed for investigation, with assistance from the Highway Safety Division (HSD) Traffic Incident Management & Enforcement (TIME) team and the HSD Crime Unit. All lanes reopened around 5.00 am
