(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) - On May 12, 2026, police arrested person related to a theft at a hardware store on Highway 108.
At approximately 5:00 pm the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was notified by store personnel of a theft in progress. The complainant provided a description of the male who had stolen a power tool and left the store on foot. A short time later, police located the male who was subsequently arrested.
Sky Levi FOX, 31-years-old, of Elliot Lake, was charged with:
- Theft under $5000 - shoplifting
- Fail to comply with Probation Order
The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on May 13, 2026.
