ARREST AT PROVINCIAL PARK

(SAUGEEN SHORES, ON) - On August 4, 2025, at approximately 10:14 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspected impaired driver at MacGregor Point Provincial Park.
Police attended and located the vehicle. While speaking with the occupant, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. They were subsequently placed under arrest and transported for further testing.
As a result of the investigation, Conor BROWN, 35-years-old, of the City of Toronto, was charged with:
- Operation while impaired - B.A.C. 80 plus, CC 320.14(1)(b)
The accused is set to appear on October 1, 2025, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
