SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE RESULTS IN IMPAIRED ARREST

(SOUTH BRUCE, ON) - On December 23, 2025, at approximately 10:29 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of suspicious vehicles at an address along Andrew Street in Teeswater, Municipality of South Bruce.
Police attended and learned that vehicles had travelled up a private laneway, one of which slid off the embankment. Officers spoke with the driver, where they detected signs of alcohol consumption. A roadside screening device was administered, resulting in a fail. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.
Kyle GALLAGHER, 38-years-old, of Southampton, was charged with:
- Operation while impaired - B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)
The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on February 4, 2026, to answer to the charge.
