(KINCARDINE, ON) - On August 1, 2025, at approximately 1:55 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint along Queen Street, Municipality of Kincardine.
While speaking with the driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and transported for further testing.
As a result of the investigation, Avard BARKER, 36-years-old, of the Municipality of Kincardine, was charged with:
- Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)
The accused is set to appear on September 10, 2025, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
