(BROCKTON, ON) - On October 31, 2025, at approximately 12:00 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received multiple calls for an individual causing disruption in the downtown core of Walkerton.
Investigation revealed that a male had been causing issues in front of numerous businesses, threatening and attempting physical confrontations with members of the public. They were subsequently located by police and taken into custody.
Donald WEBER, 59-years-old, of no fixed address was charged with:
- Uttering threats, CC 264.1(1)(a) - two counts
- Causing a disturbance, CC 175(1)(a)
- Fail to comply with probation, CC 733.1(1) - two counts
The accused was held for a bail hearing and later remanded into custody.
