(Fort Frances, ON) - A joint OPP / Probation and Parole investigation resulted in the arrest of an Offender for a Conditional Sentence Order (CSO) violation.
On May 20, 2026, the Rainy River District Detachment Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with the assistance of the OPP Offender Management and Apprehension Program (OMAP), and the Fort Frances Probation and Parole Office conducted a joint CSO violation investigation. The investigation resulted in the arrest of an offender for failing to comply with the residence conditions of their CSO.
Rodney Michael GODBOUT, 63-years-old from Emo ON is facing one allegation of breach of a conditional sentence order. The offender was brought before the Fort Frances Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charge.
