(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON) - The Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a high value theft.
On Monday April 27, 2026 the Kirkland Lake OPP received a report of a high value theft that occurred between 8:30 pm on April 26, 2026 to 8:30 am on April 27, 2026 from Highway 66, near Morrison Lake, Matachewan Township.
Items stolen include a Utility Vehicle (UTV) described as black and yellow in colour, with snow tracks and a light bar on the top of the UTV. Additionally a trailer, described as silver, not enclosed and geophysical mining equipment.
