A Brampton man is charged with extortion and criminal harassment after months of bothering his former boss.
Last October, the man ended his employment at a Guelph restaurant. Since then he has repeatedly attended Guelph to speak to his former employer. This has included following her home, showing up at the business and posting negative reviews online.
The complainant said she has given the man much more than he claimed he was owed but it did not stop his harassing behaviour.
On Thursday a 21-year-old Brampton man was arrested for extortion and criminal harassment. He will appear in court March 13.
