Officers conducted a traffic stop Wednesday evening on Silvercreek Parkway North. The driver registered a fail on a roadside breath test and was arrested. He was taken to the police station, where he refused to provide a suitable breath sample. As a result, a Stouffville man is charged with refusing to provide a breath sample, possessing more than one licence and breaching probation. His licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
