Arrest in voyeurism incident

A Guelph man has been arrested after a woman reported someone filming her inside a changeroom last September.
On September 5, a 20-year-old Guelph woman reported she was trying on clothes at a store inside Stone Road Mall when she observed someone holding a phone under the stall. She quickly left the changeroom and confronted the male, who denied doing anything wrong and quickly left the mall.
Several residents identified the male after his photo was shared on a recent Guelph Police Service media release. On Tuesday evening a 20-year-old Guelph man attended the police station and was arrested on one count of voyeurism. He will appear in court March 17.
