The Guelph Police Service is investigating after two guitars with sentimental value were stolen during a break-in.
On Saturday afternoon police were called to an address near Victoria Road North and Woodlawn Road East. The resident said he came home about 11 pm Friday and noticed two guitars which had been hanging on the wall were missing.
The missing guitars have little financial value but were given to the victim by his children more than 20 years ago and have significant sentimental value. They were described as an orange and black Epiphone acoustic electric and a black Gretsch acoustic electric.
