A Guelph man was arrested Thursday after an indecent act outside a downtown-area home.
Approximately 6:40 pm a resident near Gordon Street and Nottingham Street reported a man had come onto the property and was standing outside the kitchen window masturbating. The complainant captured the act on video and called police.
Officers located the subject a short distance away and arrested him. A search revealed a small amount of suspected methamphetamine.
A 30-year-old Guelph man is charged with committing an indecent act, possessing a controlled substance and breaching a probation order. He was held for a bail hearing Friday.
