Man found sleeping in rental unit

A Niagara Falls man was arrested Friday after he was found sleeping in a Guelph rental unit.
Police were dispatched to a south-end home just after 6:30 am The property manager said he has been showing the unit to potential tenants, but when he arrived Friday morning found a man sleeping in one of the beds and a large amount of mud and dirt on the floor.
Investigation revealed the man is currently on bail with conditions that he remain in his residence at all times and not attend Guelph.
A 29-year-old Niagara Falls man is charged with break, enter and mischief and breaching a release order. He will appear in bail court April 27.
