A Guelph man is charged with robbery after an altercation Sunday outside a local business.
Just after noon police were called to a business on Eramosa Road. An employee followed a man out of the store after he failed to pay for several items. The suspect dropped the items when confronted, but then assaulted the employee by grabbing his arm causing minor injuries.
A 33-year-old Guelph man was located a short time later and arrested for robbery. He will appear in court April 21.
