The Guelph Police Service is investigating after a youth was sprayed with a noxious substance in a busy plaza Wednesday afternoon.
At 12:25 pm emergency services were called to the plaza near Eramosa Road and Stevenson Street North. Inside a business they found an agitated 14-year-old who had been sprayed in the face with a noxious substance. He was transported to hospital by ambulance for treatment.
Officers observed possible pepper spray residue in the parking lot.
