Investigators with the Guelph Police Service Human Trafficking Unit have charged two Toronto men in an ongoing human trafficking investigation. The lengthy investigation revealed that the two men engaged in the sexual exploitation and trafficking of two youths from Guelph.

The alleged offences are reported to have occurred between September 2025 and February 2026 and involved trafficking the youths in multiple cities across southwestern Ontario. The accused allegedly targeted the victims through the online social media platform Snapchat.

As a result of the investigation, on April 16 officers with the Guelph Police Service arrested 26-year-old Jameel Dosu (also known as “Jay” and “DJFamousJay”) of Toronto. He was charged with numerous Criminal Code offences, including:

  • Trafficking a person under 18
  • Procuring
  • Advertising sexual services
  • Material benefit from trafficking
  • Material benefit from sexual services of a person under 18
  • Publication of an intimate image without consent
  • Child sexual abuse material‑related offences
  • Sexual interference
  • Sexual assault on a victim under 16
  • Assault
  • Uttering threats
  • Failing to comply with probation

On April 26, 29-year-old Brian Allard (also known as “King”) of Toronto was arrested and charged with:

  • Trafficking a person under 18
  • Material benefit from trafficking
  • Material benefit from sexual services of a person under 18
  • Procuring
  • Sexual interference
  • Sexual assault on a victim under 16
  • Disobeying a court order.
