A Guelph man faces weapons charges after he was arrested on an outstanding warrant Friday.
Just before 9 am officers patrolling downtown located a man known to be wanted for missing a court date earlier in the month. He was placed under arrest and during a search officers located three spring-assisted knives in his pockets.
A 70-year-old Guelph man is charged with carrying a concealed weapon, two counts of possessing a weapon contrary to an order and breach of probation. He will appear in court March 3.
