ENERGIZER LED Flashlight Vision PRO

(WIARTON, ON) - A resident of Neyaashiinigmiing First Nation is facing impaired driving-related charges following a single-vehicle collision south of Wiarton.

On August 17, 2025, at approximately 7:22 am, members of the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were alerted to a white Ford Fusion travelling southbound on Highway 6 toward Wiarton. The vehicle was reportedly driving erratically, entering oncoming lanes and displaying inconsistent speeds. Officers located the vehicle in a ditch just south of Wiarton.

Dove LEVI, 19-years-old, of Neyaashiinigmiing First Nation, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code Offences:

  • Operation while impaired- (80 plus) CC
  • Operation while impaired- alcohol CC
  • Dangerous operation CC

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on September 11, 2025.
