(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) - The province’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has invoked its mandate following an arrest in Bruce Peninsula.
On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at approximately 1:10 pm, members of the Grey Bruce Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a warrant at an address on Spry Shore Road in Northern Bruce Peninsula. One person was taken into custody.
During the arrest, the individual sustained non-life-threatening injuries after being gripped by a police service dog. The individual was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
