(TAVISTOCK, ON) - Early morning crash results in careless driving charge.
On April 13, 2026, at approximately 6:45 am, members of the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a single-vehicle collision in the Township of East Zorra Tavistock.
A flat bed truck crashed into a pole on Woodstock Street North in Tavistock.
No injuries were reported.
As a result of the investigation, a 63-year-old resident of Dorchester, was charged with:
- Careless Driving
Woodstock Street North is closed between Line 29 and Hope Street. The road is expected to be closed until mid-afternoon, to allow for the safe repair of the pole.
